Employment Services

Empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to grow in self-confidence

Let’s get to work!

At our organization, we understand the importance of having a job, especially for those with special needs. We recognize that finding meaningful employment while being paid a fair wage can be challenging, which is why we have made a commitment to only partner with businesses that share our goal of paying nothing less than minimum wage. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to earn a living and feel a sense of purpose through their work, regardless of their abilities. By working together with businesses that share our values, we hope to create more job opportunities for people with special needs and promote a more inclusive workforce.

At our organization, we are dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey toward independent long-term employment. We recognize that this can be a challenging process, which is why we offer a comprehensive approach that bridges the gap between supported employment and independent employment. Our worksite provides relevant job skills training with mentored support, allowing individuals to gain the skills they need to successfully integrate into the workforce.
